2. Ordering & Payments

2.1 Online Ordering

  • Orders can be placed through our website for dine-in, takeout, and delivery.

  • Menu availability and prices may change without prior notice.

  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders due to errors, stock shortages, or suspected fraudulent activity.

2.2 Payment Processing

  • We accept credit/debit cards, PayPal, and Wix Payments.

  • Payment is required at the time of order placement.

  • All payments are securely processed through third-party providers. We do not store your payment details.

3. Catering Orders & Policies

  • 10% Delivery Charge applies to all catering orders.

  • 25% Deposit Required at the time of booking.

  • 24-Hour Advance Notice Requested for all catering orders.

  • The remaining balance must be paid in full before pickup or delivery.

Cancellations & Refunds for Catering:

  • Orders canceled at least 48 hours in advance are eligible for a full refund.

  • Orders canceled within 24 hours may be subject to a partial refund based on preparation costs.

4. Delivery & Pickup Policies

4.1 Delivery

  • A 10% delivery charge applies to catering orders.

  • We deliver within a specified radius from our location; delivery zones may change at our discretion.

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, traffic, or order volume.

4.2 Pickup

  • Customers must call (201) 610-0900 upon arrival for pickup.

  • Orders must be picked up within 30 minutes of the scheduled time to ensure food quality.

5. Refunds & Cancellations

  • All sales are final for dine-in, takeout, and delivery orders.

  • Refunds or replacements may be provided for incorrect or missing items at our discretion.

  • For issues with an order, please contact us within 24 hours at orders.karmakafe@gmail.com or (201) 610-0900.

6. Gift Cards & Promotions

  • Promotional offers and discounts cannot be combined with other deals unless stated otherwise.

  • Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

7. Website Use & Intellectual Property

  • All content on this website, including text, images, and branding, is owned by Karma Kafe and may not be copied or used without permission.

  • Unauthorized use of our logo, menu items, or branding is strictly prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • Karma Kafe is not liable for any issues caused by third-party delivery services or payment processors.

  • We are not responsible for allergic reactions or dietary concerns—please notify us of any allergies before ordering.
